    Hi! I am a regular customer with Shein and recently I have ordered clothes for an amount of £164.90 .I have paid £41.23 to Clear pay already on ordered and I have got another 3 payments left. But they send my packets ans there was a total of 28 items in split packet but I received only 3 items in two split packet.
    They sent my other Packet and they delivered my P
    ACKET IN AN OPEN RECEPTION AREA AND i NEVER RECEIVED IT. i MADE COMPLAINTS , i EMAIL BUT NOTHING BEING DONE AND NOW IN 4 DAYS CLEAR PAY WILL STILL TAKE MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS NOT FAIR AT ALL.
    I have emailed several time, I have chat still nothing is done. I called Clear pay dept. they told me they have postponed the payment for two week forward and awaiting Shein response but it look like Shein has not get back to them.
    Shein and the courier service keep telling me the same history keep looking in the corner, around, with neighbours etc.
